 When Memphis Keen submitted photos to honor her deceased father and four brothers on Veterans Day, she did so with a strong memory of lessons learned.
As the patriarch of a large Ridgeway family, George A. Strickland had three requirements for his 13 children, according to Keen: “You were required to stay in school” with no behavior problems, attend Sunday school/church and accept age-appropriate work assignments beginning at age 4. - more ... |
